1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or enrolling in any program offered by LouLoh LLC ("LouLoh," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Programs
LouLoh provides professional education and certification training across three divisions: Hardwood Flooring Certification Academy, Property Management Training Academy, and Business Finance Education. Programs are educational in nature and are intended to provide practical knowledge and skills for business owners and entrepreneurs.
3. No Professional License or Guarantee
Certificates of completion issued upon successful completion of eligible programs demonstrate that a participant has completed the course curriculum. A certificate of completion does not constitute a professional license, government credential, or endorsement, and should not be represented as such. LouLoh does not guarantee any specific business result, income, or outcome from participation in our programs.
4. Enrollment & Payment
Program pricing is available upon request. Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major credit cards. Enrollment is confirmed only after payment has been received.

6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, curriculum, branding, and content provided by LouLoh are the property of LouLoh LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without our prior written consent.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally during training sessions. LouLoh reserves the right to remove any participant from a program, without refund, for conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, or unprofessional.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LouLoh LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable program.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
