1. How Our Programs Are Delivered

LouLoh LLC programs are delivered as in-person, hands-on training sessions led by experienced professionals. Program schedules, locations, and formats will be confirmed at the time of enrollment.

2. Certificates of Completion

Upon successful completion of eligible programs, participants receive a certificate of completion demonstrating they have completed the course curriculum. Certification does not constitute a professional license or government credential and should not be represented as such.

3. Timing of Certificates

Certificates are issued after all course requirements have been met, typically at the conclusion of the program or shortly after, either in person or via email.

4. Course Materials

Any physical or digital course materials included with a program will be provided to participants on the day of training or through the method communicated at enrollment.
